By accessing IndiaChat.world or participating in any chatroom hosted on the ChatLife IRC Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Users must be at least 13 years of age to access the chatrooms in compliance with the COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). By using IndiaChat.world, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

By submitting messages, you grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive right to display your chat messages publicly within the chat interface.
5. Moderation & Enforcement
Our moderators and automated systems monitor activity to maintain community safety. Decisions regarding warnings, mutes, or bans are made in good faith to protect all users. You may appeal moderation actions by contacting support@indiachat.world.
6. Privacy & Data Use

9. Intellectual Property
All branding, design elements, and logos (including the IndiaChat.world and ChatLife IRC trademarks) are owned by their respective holders. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site materials without permission.
10. Termination of Access
IndiaChat.world reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to chatrooms at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms of Use or disrupts community operations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for any dispute arising from the use of this service.
